Salim Essa, Michael Wiggins and the rest of the Walser Toyota team are unbelievable. Shop charge of 36 dollars was not explained prior to work being done. Shop charge is borderline fraud. I had to pay 30 dollars break inspection even though I knew I had to have break work done. The service itself was good. However, the waiting area was subpar compared to Walser Mazda. There was an exhaust smell that was constant. Walser Mazda does not.
