I recently purchased from this dealership and initially had a very positive experience. I was treated with respect and professionalism—until I declined the optional add-ons that would have significantly in had a very positive experience. I was treated with respect and professionalism—until I declined the optional add-ons that would have significantly increased my monthly payment. After that, the tone of the interaction shifted noticeably and not in a good way. Shortly after the purchase, I discovered that one of the tires (a run-flat) had a slow leak and needed to be refilled every 7–10 days. I reached out to my sales contact, Kevin, within the first month to ask if the dealership could assist, as the issue existed at the time of sale. His response was dismissive, and when I asked for manager contact information, I was ignored. I followed up and received no response at all. In the end, I had to pay nearly $400 out of pocket to replace the faulty tire myself. Between the way the tone changed once I declined the upsells and the complete lack of accountability afterward, I walked away from this experience feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. I will not purchase from this dealership again and have shared my experience with my large circle of friends and colleagues throughout Minnesota. More
