Second time I’ve had a very long wait and difficult check ins. I don’t like the new system of “wait by your car and someone will come find you” and “who knows what desk you’ll go to as there are 20 of them ins. I don’t like the new system of “wait by your car and someone will come find you” and “who knows what desk you’ll go to as there are 20 of them and you’ll likely check out with a different person than you checked in with.” I also had to tell the person that I’d paid ahead for a bunch of oil changes and tire rotations. If I hadn’t remembered they would gave applied the credit? Then the guy who checked me in was going to charge me for an electrical inspection when I knew I had a corroded hitch wire. He then said it would cost over $500 to replace the wire or connector. What the xxxx? Anyway, I think you’ve got great mechanics and your waiting room is fine, too. Why does it have to be an unpleasant experience checking in? More
