only 1 drive-up line was open with a green arrow when I drove up to drop my car off, but I couldn't actually drive in because that line was super backed up, so just the garage door opened. someone that wor drove up to drop my car off, but I couldn't actually drive in because that line was super backed up, so just the garage door opened. someone that works there came out to just start my appointment anyway, so I had to awkwardly stand outside, get stuff out of my car, etc. while not actually in the service center. then the door almost closed on my car! when I was actually allowed in the building, the person helping me said "so you're staying here to wait?" I was like "ummm I guess?" and he said "it'll be super quick". so I was basically told/convinced to stay because it'd be so quick. TWO HOURS LATER, I finally walked up to his desk to ask for an ETA, and he said, "oh, it's done! sorry for the wait; it's been a day." at least my service was free, because the time cost and blasé treatment were the worst. then every single setting in my car was different, so I had to sit there and make it drivable again for me. This dealership has backed their work by honoring warranties when necessary, and has offered and honored fair compensation when problems occurred. I wasn't satisfied at first but they've gotten bette warranties when necessary, and has offered and honored fair compensation when problems occurred. I wasn't satisfied at first but they've gotten better and are making up for it with quality work and honesty. 5/5 this time around. More
