I had spark plugs put in and wasn't aware how labor intensive it was but the service advisor told me it would be 2-3 hours with that and the oil change/tire rotation. I bought a 2004 Ford t-bird with 21000 miles on it . I wanted to look at it on the hoist to see the bottom side they said can't do it. So I finally had a chance to put it up in the air at my work tires I wanted to look at it on the hoist to see the bottom side they said can't do it. So I finally had a chance to put it up in the air at my work tires were all under inflated front upper ball joints were tore they compensated 230.00 out of 277.00 not installed I said I'd do that so its done right now I inspected it inner tie rod is loose oil residue on lower motor and a u joint that is bad causing a vibration at 45 to 62 mph if you buy a car from this place have a responsible shop do a preinspection on it before purchasing and dont listen to the return policy that bogus. Also we can't budge on any deals that's crap to. My opinion is shop else where if I didn't want this car so bad I'd went to Texas where they had another one. Bad dealership lies don't believe anything said. More
