Sales staff helped setup a repair for my new vehicle prior to purchase. Part for repair arrived as stated by service staff. On my scheduled service day I arrived just prior to the appointment. Did have an issue with online check in and staff advised it was a “work in progress.” After checking for service had a comfortable place to wait. Refreshments were abundant and good. Had free WiFi while I waited. Was sent a text when my vehicle was ready for pickup. Invoice was straight forward and sent via email. Service staff was friendly and responsive ensuring I was greeted and taken care of. My vehicle was washed when I picked up the vehicle which was a wonderful touch for service. My only critique is it appears the service tech did not use gloves or had grease on their hands. My repair was an interior part and I found dirt/grease stains on my headliner where they made the repair. That was my only criticism of the whole process with this dealership. I believe the service mistake was very isolated and would still bring my vehicle back for additional service. More

When I asked the seller he told me my car has only 36k or 3 years of coverage! later I found out it's covered up to 100K. When I asked to remove, they told me I have to un do everything I.e. loan application and it's complicated. More
