This is the second time I've worked with Drake and he is great. We've had to deal with warranty issues on a used car that was purchased from the dealership, though not a Toyota make and Drake has made every great. We've had to deal with warranty issues on a used car that was purchased from the dealership, though not a Toyota make and Drake has made everything very seemless (especially when comparing it to the first employee we worked with on our first visit - our case was handed over from them to Drake). I've been buying & going to Walser for over 10 years now (primarily their Jeep dealerships) and my one complaint about the Walser Toyota dealership is the lack of customer service upon arrival in the service department compared to other Walsers. When I go to the Walser Jeep in Hopkins, there is an employee who is with me as soon as I open my door. I've witnessed in my last two trips to the Toyota dealership, often it takes a long time for an employee to approach a new customer (90 seconds - 5 minutes) and if you try to approach an employee, you are told to wait by your car. Often times, you see multiple employees working on their computers or cell phones, which I understand is part of their job. But typically in customer service jobs, I've always been taught to go to the customer who is in person first, everything else can wait. When that isn't the case, it just makes you/the customer feel like you aren't a priority when you are there. Not to mention, that is the first impression, which isn't great. More
