I purchased my Toyota from Walser many years ago and have returned occasionally for major service issues. This last visit went poorly, over $3k spent and the stuttering issue wasn't fixed, plus they lost my returned occasionally for major service issues. This last visit went poorly, over $3k spent and the stuttering issue wasn't fixed, plus they lost my key and fob. They did troubleshoot the issue again for no additional charge, and it appeared to be fixed for a few days, but the stuttering returned again intermittently within a week. I also found that when they replaced my key fob, it made my old one stop working. It's annoying to have to return a third time for the same issue and to reprogram my fob. The service department does not appear to have the attention to detail they used to, as I never had an issue with them previously. At least my service representative made an effort to make it right, but in the end it wasn't enough. I'm going back to my local Bobby and Steve's repair shop next time. More
GM put extra effort to get the car I wanted which was not expected but greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, car did not receive pre-delivery inspection before purchase. The pre acceptance check I did was in the parking lot at dusk during mixed precipitation with the vehicle parked between a service truck and someone else looking to purchase a car. Lighting was minimal. During application I requested a 5 year loan, but loan was processed as a 6 year loan. Also, I had put a 500 dollar deposit on vehicle but fortunately noticed I was never credited with for the deposit. More
