I bought a brand new Yukon from this dealership a few months ago. Now having issues with it and can’t get anyone to return my calls. Finally I called for the third time and got ahold of someone and the months ago. Now having issues with it and can’t get anyone to return my calls. Finally I called for the third time and got ahold of someone and they say they don’t have a loaner for me to use and can not give me an approximate date on when they would. Basically made it very clear they just really didn’t want to deal with me. I live 2 hours away so I have to have a loaner to drive while they have my vehicle! I paid for extra coverage for instances such as this and now I’m being basically denied help. Also, when we bought the vehicle, we asked the finance guy to try to run credit both ways, with my name first and my husbands first to see who would get a better interest rate. He said he did, but about a month after financing we got a letter from the bank stating only my name was tried first and we could possibly get a better rate if my husbands was tried. This dealership is all sweet and wonderful while you are buying but once you sign that dotted line they are DONE with you! More
