I choose to come to a CERTIFIED DEALER to have all services performed, but I for the last 2 visits I believe have received terrible low quality work. It's the 2nd time I'm complaining about paying for services performed, but I for the last 2 visits I believe have received terrible low quality work. It's the 2nd time I'm complaining about paying for tire rotation without it being done, and NOT receiving all included services. I have a sensor that needs to be replaced that hasn't moved past 2 oil changes. Fluid's have no been topped off the last visit 8/21 I had to go under the hood MYSELF to check and thanks to Kendra she had me pull my vehicle up to a tech and he filled my coolant at BARE MINIMUM.... paying top dollar for low quality work is becoming overbearing because I don't know if my oil is even being properly changed... and at this point I feel the need to escalate the situation since nothing has changed since the last complaint. More
