I brought my vehicle in for check engine light. It was a computer issue. I understood that. I had replaced the gas pedal by a different mechanic. My service advisor told me that wasn’t the problem. It was a computer issue. I understood that. I had replaced the gas pedal by a different mechanic. My service advisor told me that wasn’t the problem. I got my bill for 251.99$ to replace the pedal. Then I get a bill for 227.70$ for vehicle diagnostic which I didn’t approve either. What makes this even worse there were no documentation on findings. Come to find when I drove it was still shaking so I returned to the dealership. The service representative call the mechanic for him to say yeah his comments did not reach the print out. He said it might be a tire or strut. I asked the rep it was ok to drive she said yes. When I got home the car was parked just right for me to see some of the tire tread was missing. I don’t think I should have drove it. So long story short. I feel I was charged for things I did not approve. The real issue is driving on a defective tire. If they did an inspection they did not inform me correctly. More

I went in for an oil change. My estimate when I scheduled the appointment was $25 and the estimate when I signed in upon arrival was $25. When I checked out the final price was approximately $83. When I questioned the charge, Jessica said it was only an estimate and did not mean that was the final price. I found a coupon on Walt Massey's website for $49 and she said she would honor that. In the end $25 was taken off. Sounds like bait and switch to me. I was so disappointed and will not be doing business with Walt Massey again. More

When my tires were rotated the front and rear air pressures were not adjusted. Not sure what went wrong.
