It was about a 2 week process, and they made sure I was comfortable in a Chevrolet loaner vehicle while mine was out of service. Great experience I spent several weeks researching and trying to find the truck I wanted. I spoke to several dealerships who posted trucks online and was asked to come I spent several weeks researching and trying to find the truck I wanted. I spoke to several dealerships who posted trucks online and was asked to come in for a test drive only to be told once I got there that they sold the truck but had more (pricier) they could show me. I spoke with Tera Dennis at Walt Massey and she assured me the vehicle was there. She even sent pictures confirming such. I set up a test drive on short notice and Tera went out and helped detail the truck so it would be ready for me. The sales staff did an excellent job of getting the financing squared away quickly and we completed the sale within 3 hours. I’d recommend Walt Massey to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
