First Class, Exceptional, and Completely Uncomplicated. I cannot truly put into words how gratifying the purchase of our vehicle was. Typically when we go to a dealership to make a vehicle purchase, I get I cannot truly put into words how gratifying the purchase of our vehicle was. Typically when we go to a dealership to make a vehicle purchase, I get so apprehensive and tense about the 'closing' of the deal that I am terribly anxious and agitated by the time we sit down to do paperwork. I literally hate the typical song and dance between the sales manager, salesman and US. Let me just say that this was the absolute smoothest and easiest purchase of a vehicle that we have EVER made (we have been married 35 years). My husband talked to Candace on Friday when he called to inquire about a specific truck that he had seen online. He was referred to Brian Lewis. He spoke with Brian later that day and we planned to go over to Lucedale on Saturday. When we arrived - we were met at the door by Brian Lewis and the vehicle we came to drive was waiting on us. The others we wanted to compare it with were also quickly available. Brian did exactly what was asked by my husband for comparison purposes - before we ever arrived. WE have NEVER felt so relaxed, so important, and intently served at a dealership before. The ENTIRE staff that we came in contact with are all EXCEPTIONAL. The hospitality and personality of the whole dealership is amazing and sincere. With each step of the process - we were met with genuine, knowledgeable, and pleasant people. We had a great day getting to know Brian and receiving top-notch quality service through every step of this purchase. We were blessed to acquire the vehicle we truly wanted, the deal we desired, and the most attentive and diligent associate ever. I refuse to call him a salesman because I truly (from past experiences) despise a 'car salesman'.
