After sales communications and assistance on very minor issues such as on oil changes and maintenance for my vehicle are always responded too by him. Was treated with respect and given a overall good deal. I was given a hopefully good deal. The car I purchased was used. When I got home I did find some things like older tires with tire shine on them to ma I was given a hopefully good deal. The car I purchased was used. When I got home I did find some things like older tires with tire shine on them to make them look new. And there was some cracks in the drivers seat in places not easily seen. These issues I was surprised that the salesperson did not address. But by GOD grace this vehicle will serve me well. More

Both Good and Bad I believe these reviews are tough to gauge so I want to be as honest and possible and share the good and the bad. First off, I purchased a $50,000+ t I believe these reviews are tough to gauge so I want to be as honest and possible and share the good and the bad. First off, I purchased a $50,000+ truck from Walt Massey... a 2014 GMC Sierra ALC conversion truck. I love my truck and am pleased with it. The experience when purchasing was great. The employees are extremely friendly and just a pleasure to work with and be around. They make you feel like a friend of theirs. I have no complaints on their friendliness... when BUYING your vehicle. However, that's when the great experience ended for me. If you are like me, you value your vehicle because you spent your hard earned money on it. I love taking care of my truck and keeping it in great shape. The wheel screws rusted when I first bought the truck. They told me on multiple occasions that they had ordered my screws from ALC but for a month they NEVER showed up in the mail. Finally, they had them mailed to me but this was after constant pressure from me calling them. Now, they did not properly adjust my "tow" on my front end of the truck. It has caused my 2 front tires to wear thin, to where there is about 4,000-5,000 miles left on the tires. The truck has 5,000 miles on it! This not being acceptable, they said they would replace my front 2 tires and order them through ALC. I was told that if I did not receive a call within 2 weeks letting me know they were shipping to them, then to call them and make sure it gets done. Well, I did just that after not hearing from them in 2.5 weeks. They told me "ok, well let us analyze your service report with the service manager as well, and we'll get RIGHT back with you". What have they been doing for the last 2.5 weeks? I don't understand how they can "analyze" my service reports before they call me back 2.5 weeks after I brought my truck to them to be serviced IN PERSON. Well, of course no call back. This is typical from them when you have an issue. But never when you're talking about buying a vehicle. This tells me they are coming up with an excuse not to fulfill their promise of 2 new tires and wanted to rush me off the phone. I will not let this end as my truck has 5,000 miles on it and should not get under 10,000 miles on 2 of its tires due to their mistake. It is covered under the warranty, therefore they should handle properly. I am one that likes to be fair. Therefore, I will give them their dues when they do replace my tires. Until then, It's too much of a merry-go-round with them and they really need to provide better customer service to their customers. You never know how much one disgruntled customer can cause a loss of business. My father and brother are both looking to get the SAME truck... That's $100,000+ between just them two. They have already told me they will not be buying from Walt Massey, although that was their decision because of my experiences. If this does not get settled within the next week, I will report to the BBB. I will also file and mail off a CSS (customer satisfaction survey). If I have to, I will then file a report with the State Attorney General. I do not want to do any of the before-mentioned. I am a completely satisfied customer, if you only provide the service you promise. Thanks More
