Observed him helping other service personnel with answers or explanations with customers. Estimated the time to be about one and a half hours. But had it done in less then an hour. Great Service. I waited a long time and did not learn until after the service that they had to wait two hours for the engine to cool. The waiting area is nice. They had lots of pastries and other high carb snacks, some low carb snacks like boiled eggs would have been nice. It was a manufacturer recall service, so it did not cost me anything. Cody Burt did a great job and was using a great ballpoint pen to which I will switch when I use all my current Uni-balls. More
