Great MBZ service I took my automobile in for periodic maintenance service and my advisor, Joseph Loera was very good in every facet of his job. Service Review Brandon has always done a great job when I have visited. What I have concerns with is the fact that I can have the same performance performed near my Brandon has always done a great job when I have visited. What I have concerns with is the fact that I can have the same performance performed near my home and pay a fraction of the price. The problem is that Mercedes uses special features that only allow Mercedes to turn off service lights. Hence my problem. If I have an oil change completed at a fraction of the price Mercedes will not turn the light off if the other servicer does not know how. I have been in Customer Service for over 29 years and forcing the customer to come back to the dealership for a much higher price is not great service at all. I am thinking about trading my car in for something else. I do not feel that Mercedes provides service above and beyond other car manufacturers. I had a lexus prior to this and did not experience this nightmare. By the way I also received new tires on my visit last week and I have a beige goop substance that was left on the outside of all 4 tires. I can provide pictures if needed. More
