Great service department I had a flat tire and called Mazda roadside assistance. They arrived within 30 minutes, I called the dealer and had no appointment, but the graciously I had a flat tire and called Mazda roadside assistance. They arrived within 30 minutes, I called the dealer and had no appointment, but the graciously took me in as an emergency. The tire was not repairable. Thank god I had the tire warranty. They got me a new tire, mounted it, checked all the other tires as well, I was out of there within an hour..! NO COST...This is "service" at it's best. More

The Best Experience I Could Have Hoped For I live quite a distance from Wantagh. Three of the icons on my dashboard lit up. I called on a Monday to make an appointment. I told the person that I had friends available that day only that would be able to follow me in their car, in case my car broke down. I asked that they fix it at their earliest convenience. Much to my surprise and delight they called that day, late afternoon to tell me that my car was ready for pick up. It was fully repaired! The Service Department is great, fabulous, the best! More

Friendly, helpful service I brought my CX9 for some basic service and a problem. They had me out of there in an hour. Unfortunately several parts had to be ordered. They were not able to fix the car quickly. I was offered a loaner. This worked out well for me as I had to pick up my husband a few hours later. My auto was finished at 3:30 PM. I picked my car up at 4:00PM. Everyone in the service department was courteous and helpful. More

It's nice to work with a dealership and not feel like you're getting the run-around. They had my car ready two days later with plates and registration all set up for me. Truly top-notch. As for their service it is just as superb. Their prices are reasonable, they are honest with their work, and they are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they service. They performed software updates to my car even at 90k+ miles at no charge. It's things like this that keep me coming back to Wantagh Mazda for service rather than going to a quick lube place or a different Mazda dealership. Wantagh's attention to detail and respect for their customers is second to none. I couldn't recommend a better group of people. More

The class vehicle I was looking for; Ford had their tin can version the Escape Jeep and Dodge just cheap. I am no stranger to buying cars. From the first greeting to the salesman listen to my needs made the entire process a joy. Kenny involvement finished the process to the greatest car buying experience. The solid feel and pleasurable ride winter, spring, summer and fall of my Cx-5 is always serviced to my expectations by Jim and Gary; they listens to my needs and the team of mechanics who go above and beyond to keeping my Cx-5 fit.
