It was an aweful experience several times and swore i would never buy, nor go to a Ford dealership again. Well I was set straight today by Wareham Ford on Cranberry highway. I help assist with a youth group so i often have teens in my car. One night coming home from an event, my car accelerated and i could not kick the pedal back up. It was so scary. So the next day i got up and went out to find someone to look at my vehicle. My son said it was the throttle and so did Meinke and Midas. Neither could fix it. I was disgusted thinking nobody will touch this Ford either.. Finally the one thing i took from a conversation was that only Ford could figure out why my light was on, on top of the issue with my car. Don was the service man at the counter. He first said they could not look at it till Monday. Once i had mentioned i would love to leave it but i have no way home. He was looking to see if i could make an appt. then when i mentioned i was nervous it will happen again. He found a loaner for me.. From that moment forward he was on top of things. They had ordered a part, he made a point of calling me to tell me it did not work. He was so Genuine, one cannot fake that.. I was so impressed by everyone in there. I posted it on my facebook how they turned my negative into a positive. If i know anybody to whom needs a car, or has a Ford I will point them To Don. Excellent service and great Customer service.
