The dealer & his employees are awesome. Warren Zinn, the dealership owner, went out of his way to help me select a new Jaguar as a surprise for my husband's retirement day. Danny made a special trip wit the dealership owner, went out of his way to help me select a new Jaguar as a surprise for my husband's retirement day. Danny made a special trip with me, to my husband's place of business to secretly value his car as a trade. Then Mario, flat-bedded the new surprise car all the way to our home (an hour away) complete with a huge red bow atop the hood. My husband was shocked and so surprised. He loved the car. Mario stayed after 9:00pm to explain all the finer points of operation of the XKR. Every person on their staff was exceptionally courteous, helpful, and expeditious. Alana did our paperwork very thoroughly and lightening fast. This was the most pleasant luxury car buying experience I have had. We will always buy our vehicles at Warren Henry. A well deserved thank you to all. More

First off let me say I purchased my first Volvo (240GL) from this dealership in 1981 at their old location so I have a history with them but it also says something that after all those years I keep coming from this dealership in 1981 at their old location so I have a history with them but it also says something that after all those years I keep coming back. After discussing the price on the phone with Internet Mgr. Carlos Sacasas, I drove from South Dade to the dealership to purchase the car. There were initially some hiccups in the process but eventually we closed the deal and my wife is delighted with her new Volvo. I can't speak highly enough about Mr. Barditch the sales Director and Mr. Zinn the owner, they truly care about the Warren Henry name and make sure the sales team treats the customers with amazing respect. Honestly, this is the way a dealership of this level should be with all their clients. It's the reason I will come back again and again to do business here. Currently, we are waiting for a missing part that was promised with the delivered vehicle but hopefully it will be installed soon. I will update this to let you all know what the outcome was. More

Car went in for over heating.They said it was a broken hose.They said they changed it and then called me and told me it will cost me $3500 on top of the $1200 I spent cause they said I had bad head gaske hose.They said they changed it and then called me and told me it will cost me $3500 on top of the $1200 I spent cause they said I had bad head gaskets on my LR3.Went to another repair shop and not only did they let the engine cover loose it was only a broken plastic part.I am so upset being that I thought this would only happen in a little repair shop...Get a estimate before you let them work on your car. I have never have I been so insulted by a car dealership! After an initially pleasant phone conversation with Antony on their phone bank I was referred to one rather uninformed salesman to another more seni After an initially pleasant phone conversation with Antony on their phone bank I was referred to one rather uninformed salesman to another more senior salesman who tied every stupid sales trick in the book. They undervalued my trade in by over $3,000 (I did trade my car for the full proper trade value at another FL Jaguar Dealership in Sarasota). When I tried to point out the proper trade in I was treated as an idiot off the street and had three phone calls from the "manager" who stated that I simply didn't I understand the car market. They were wrong and I had worked in the auto sales industry for a number of years and still have access to monthly auction n numbers. They falsified the Feb and March number over the phone to me to justify their trade in values. When I pointed this out to them they raised their voices..I and say this in the plural as this occurred with TWO DIFFERENT supposed managers who called me after I told them I did not want any further contact! When I read these "managers the actual auction reports for Feb and March one said, "so why do you need us if you have all the answers?" and the other said, "Ok so they were a little higher or the cars were maybe not in so nice a condition but we still think your car is only worth this much tops.." All this occurred without them seeing my car or even asking for the VIN number!!!!! When asked for exact information on a specific car in their inventory I was given a run around and never did they respond to my request for specifics on color. I simply asked "what color blue is it? There are three versions of "blue" on the Jaguar models I was looking at and their website does not show actual photos or say what version of shade of "blue" was on these vehicles. One more point, I came to them as a referral of the USAA car buying program for military families. USAA should drop this horrid sales group and I would urge you all to stay far far away from them!! More
