I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from Midtown Motors and have not bought from any other dealership in the last 15 years. The last cat I bought was a Lincoln MKX. At the time purchased this I was unsure of which car I wanted so the salesman, Dan Ruttenbur, was nice enough to allow me to take and keep each vehicle over night so I could drive them and see which one I wanted. I had never met Dan before this visit to the dealership and he had no idea who I was. I found Dan to be very personable and working with him was like working with a friend. The Service staff is also very friendly and trustworthy. I enjoy working with Midtown motors and have found their honest and intregrity to be superior to any other dealership I have dealt with. More

It became time to retire my ailing 2000 Mercury Sable (I gave it to a granddaughter)and I phoned Randy Carlson. I knew Randy from a previous Ford dealership and he is a neighbor. Randy told me he was now with Midtown Motors and encouraged me to visit Midtown. There, Randy introduced me to Dan Ruttenbur. Dan is a polite, friendly, no pressure saleman who listened to my wishes. I told him I liked the Ford Edge and he kept is eye open for a good used vehicle with the features I hoped for. A few days later, Dan phoned me and I bought a used 2007 Ford Edge at a price I was willing to pay. I am certainly enjoying this vehicle. I have been back to Midtown for routine oil changes and also had a trailer hitch installed. Like Randy and Dan, the service folks are fine gentlemen and took good care of me and my Edge. More
