I rated the experience with such high ratings for a few reasons. First and foremost, the price was very competitive to other dealerships that I had considered (probably about 10 in the area). We had just come from a Subaru dealership and couldn't seem to get an answer on prices. Plus the salesman was very loud. When we got to the Ford dealership, no one bothered us as we looked at the variet seem to get an answer on prices. Plus the salesman was very loud. When we got to the Ford dealership, no one bothered us as we looked at the variety of vehicles on the lot. We went inside to get a salesman and got Joe. He was very nice, knowledgeable and honest. He was not pushy like the Subaru salesman. We asked to have the Escape put on hold and that was easy enough. We brought down two trade-in's and left with the Escape. The process was smooth and no hidden costs. I would reccomend this dealership. More

Dan Ruttenbur is a wonderful person to deal with. He is not pushy what so ever and that is what I like in a salesperson.
