Bo went above and beyond what I have seen any car dealer do, he knew what my limit was and still got me in the car I wanted. My Ford Explorer over heated. Midtown mtrs just closed I was able to contact them by cell phone. The team at Midtown Motors came to my aid within 30 minutes. Had another vehicle for me to drive. Bo Crutchfield was the first one to come o My wife and I stopped at Midtown Motors just to look at a few Ford Edge's to see how much we liked them. Bo Crutchfield was the first one to come over and ask us how we were doing, if we needed any help, what exactly we were looking for, etc. He was extremely friendly and took us inside, explained all about the new Ford models, the systems they had in them, and what came standard in different models as well as the upgrades that were available. We also had a vehicle to trade in and he put it in the system and checked it out and told us what they could give us for it. Once we had all the information, we needed a couple days to figure out exactly what we wanted. Once we had decided I stopped another time to talk to Bo. We wanted a vehicle with features that currently were not on the lot so, he got online and found us the exact car that we wanted and it was in the price range that we could afford. We decided to buy the vehicle and Bo explained the different financing options as well as the Ford rebates that were available to us. The Edge we wanted was transferred to Midtown Motors from another dealeship within a few days which worked out perfectly because my wife and I couldn't both be there to trade her vehicle in and sign for the new one until 3 days later when we were both available. This is the first new vehicle my wife and I have ever bought and I will never go to a different car salesman than Bo. I doubt we spent more than just a couple hours with him and feel like we know him on a personal level. He was extremely honest with us and helped us get what we wanted at our convenience. We got a great vehicle at a great price, learned a lot about our new Edge, enjoyed working with Bo and are looking forward to working with him again. - Kurtis Walters More

My fiance and I have been trying to get a car for a while now. We have been denied three times and were about to try and take a morgage out on our home to get a car. I called him back when I got home from work and went over some things with him. I didn't really believe anything he was saying because of all the previouse denials we had gone through. He called me the next day and said I got you approved how quickley can you get here. I was still in disbelief.We went to Midtown after I got out of work and we drove home in a new car. I am very thankful that Bo help us and was willing to take the time and see what needed to be done in order for us to get approved.
