Great staff and they stand behind their work I had a couple of issues with my Ford Fusion that could not be resolved after two visits to the Midtown Service Center. I believe that the technician I had a couple of issues with my Ford Fusion that could not be resolved after two visits to the Midtown Service Center. I believe that the technician was trying o fix the issues with as little cost as possible to me. Unfortunately it didn't work. When I brought the vehicle in for the third time, they remediated the issues and also gave me an estimate for the cost to fix completely by replacing the affected parts. The estimate was for about $1,000, and that's what made me realize that they were trying to go with a less expensive solution. Midtown also did not charge me for the 3rd visit, and they even washed the vehicle. Julie was terrific as usual. More
