Traded in 2014 Fusion for 2019 Edge We decided to go over to Midtown Motors because we noticed their activity on the Facebook Marketplace. We found a few used vehicles on their site tha We decided to go over to Midtown Motors because we noticed their activity on the Facebook Marketplace. We found a few used vehicles on their site that we wanted to look at. Upon looking over the used vehicles, we talked with Tyler and he gave us trade in pricing on our Fusion, which we though was fair. He helped us spec out a new 2019 Ford Edge and was able to to and get the vehicle from another dealer for us. Our overall experience was great and we will be back in two years after our lease is up on our other vehicle. More

They provide a home-town experience while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I was going on vacation and needed some last minute work to be done on my car. Although they were extremely busy, they fit my vehicle in and got the issue taken care of. Unfortunately, the vehicle has had two issues that keep coming up, and I will have to make a 3rd appointment over the past month to have these issues addressed. My critique would be that they have to do a better job of recommending servicing options that actually eliminate the problem the first time around, rather than a client having to keep bringing in a vehicle and paying over and over again for the same issue. The work has to be done right, and they need to stand by that work. Nonetheless, I would recommend Midtown Motors because of the people, and how they interact with their clients. I'm sure they'll take care of me and they will take care of you too! More
