I scheduled service for an oil change and install of summer tires. First, my winter tires were not placed in the vehicle at the end of the exchange. Julie had to come running out of the office to catch me. Then, when I was almost home, a part that had not been properly reinstalled after the servicing, flew off. I retrieved the part. I called Midtown Motors at approximately 5:30 as soon I reached home. When I requested service, a snippy voice informed me that service closed at 5:00. When I explained the situation, I was directed to a manager. I was told that I would receive a call after 8:00 the following morning. That call did not come. When I called the garage, the service person did not know about my situation. It was Tuesday before the replacement part was delivered and installed. More
