The most painless experience car buying ever! I despise car shopping. I needed a new car. I went to Midtown expecting to want to pull my hair out. Clay Hesch was my salesperson and 3 hours after I I despise car shopping. I needed a new car. I went to Midtown expecting to want to pull my hair out. Clay Hesch was my salesperson and 3 hours after I arrived, I was leaving in my new-to-me car, hair intact! Clay set up all repairs to my purchase to be done as part of our sale, helped me change the code on the digital door entry, explained anything I asked very patiently, showed me the carfax, looked up the recalls and included them in the necessary repairs. Kurtis was very professional and efficient at his job and did an amazing job getting my paperwork approved and finalized as painlessly as possible. Everything, in my experience, that I've had to beg for in the past with no luck was right there in front of and given as a part of their amazing service. I'm incredibly impressed and will return in the future much less hesitant to Midtown Motors and Clay. More
