DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! Julie and Rob were very helpful and friendly (as usual). That will end my positive experience. Had my 2012 F-150 in for the third recall since buying the truck a mere 3 years ago (4th recall since new). When I went to check on it, the mechanic informed me that BOTH of my timing chains were stretched,and needed replaced. It would cost me $1700 for the repairs. OK, here is the back story. I purchased the truck in 2015, from Glen Borton for $25,000. At the time I test drove it, I noticed that the 3.5 L engine was ticking while idling. I inquired about it, and Glen told me that it had a "continuously adjusting" timing chain. Coincidence??? Since then, I have talked to others who have the same engine...no ticking noise hmmm. At the time of purchase, the truck had 57000 miles. Three years later, it has 81000 miles. Some highlights of the 3 years: installed new "recommended" spark plugs because the manufacturer plugs had the wrong gap. I already mentioned the 4 recalls. Rear differential has been locked ever since i bought it. gas mileage has never met what Ford is claiming, on and on. So, I went to speak to Glen about trading this lemon of a truck (read ALL the troubles and complaints with the 2011/2012 3.5L ecoboost on the forums) on a vehicle for my wife. I told him how unhappy I was with the truck,but was willing to give him a chance to make this right,and to keep my business. Bottom line, MIDTOWN FORD offered me $11000 for my truck. Lets see, paid $25000 for it 3 years ago, drove it 24000 miles, put a spray in bedliner in, had it undercoated, new tires, fair market kbb value is around $16000,and they offer me $9000 at first and then go up to $11000...does that sound like they want to make it right? Does that sound like they care about me being a customer? Sounds more like, they don't want this PIECE OF xxxx either!!! I will be contacting Ford directly, to hopefully get a resolution to this issue. Not just a "sorry about your luck" answer. And be smarter next time I buy a truck. More
Efficient and economical I took my 2018 F-150 in for it's first oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection at 5,000 miles. The staff was courteous and had some documents prepared in advance of my arrival. The service took just over an hour, The managers explained what was done and made sure I knew that the next service point was 10,000 miles. I was quickly on my way! The treatment I received was excellent! Great job! More

50,000 Mile maintenance Had the F250 in for routine 50,000 mile maintenance, staff is always fantastic to work with.
