Courtesy shuttle service I requested the courtesy shuttle pick me up from work at 4:30 p.m. sharp. I was assured by the morning driver who dropped me off at work at 8:00 a.m. I requested the courtesy shuttle pick me up from work at 4:30 p.m. sharp. I was assured by the morning driver who dropped me off at work at 8:00 a.m. that they would find me and not to worry. (Even though he tried taking me to Family Services when I said I needed to go to Human Services) Needless to say when I exited my worksite at 4:30 p.m., the shuttle was no where to be seen. My first phone call to the service department informed me that the driver would be there any second because he had already left the dealership coming to get me. I waited another 2-3 minutes with rain and snow coming down on me. I called the dealership again. They said that they would contact the shuttle driver. I had just got back inside my worksite to avoid getting further wet when my phone rang and it was the shuttle driver. He had no idea where my work site was located (even though my work site has purchased 21 vehicles from this dealership in the last few years). I tried to give directions in order to get him turned in right direction. At 4:40 p.m., he pulled in apologizing for the delay. I informed him that this was the first time I had requested the shuttle to pick me after work and it would also be the last time. When I arrived at the service department, I was greeted with a $48 service bill. I again had to remind the service person, that I had free maintenance as agreed upon when I purchased the vehicle. I reminded him also that this was the second time they have tried to stick me with the bill. He gave some kind of explanation that the computer prints 'free maintenance' so small on the invoices, that if they aren't looking for it, then it goes unnoticed. I find that odd, when I had my previous vehicle at their competitor's dealership, I was never given a bill once. They knew it was all paid for in advance as per the maintenance agreement when the car was purchased. More

Disappointing I called and made an appointment, taking the vehicle up the night before (because I had to work). When I called to check on the status of the vehicle, they hadn't looked at it yet (4 pm and the appt was for 11 am). They kept the vehicle overnight and when I called the next day at 1 pm, they still hadn't looked at the cooling system yet. I had to call back at 4 pm and found they had looked at the cooling system and it was fine; however, they also "checked the brakes, tires and 'all points" (which I didn't ask them to) and then had the nerve to charge me for the amount of time it took for them to check everything on top of the cooling system. I was very disappointed in my service this time. More

He knew the product well, and went the extra mile to help my wife with some technical questions. Great price on the car, and all the indicators for wear and tear were positive. The dealership went the extra mile to respond and return our garage door opener that we accidentally left in our old vehicle. More
