They don’t care I took my truck in for warrenty work and they denied to replace an obvious defective part. They claimed it was “normal.” They didn’t take the time to I took my truck in for warrenty work and they denied to replace an obvious defective part. They claimed it was “normal.” They didn’t take the time to look it up to see if this is a common issue, which it’s all over the internet. Then they have the nerve to charge me for it. All they did was look at it said it was “normal” then put air in my tires and charged me.. I called Ford and by describing it to the guy he said it should have been replaced. Needless to say I’ll drive an hour away to have my truck worked on now. More

Lease of 2018 Edge We're trying our first lease after nearly 50 years of only owning our vehicles.
