A Bit Disappointed We took our 2013 Ford Fusion to Midtown Motors to have a leak in the trunk located and repaired. They found a leak in the seam between the quarter pa We took our 2013 Ford Fusion to Midtown Motors to have a leak in the trunk located and repaired. They found a leak in the seam between the quarter panel and the trunk body on the right side of the car and repaired it. When we left the car, we told them that the leak had begun on the left side, however, nothing was done on that side. They also earmarked other issues that needed attention, i.e., new brakes, etc. and corrected those items. We picked our car up and the next day we had a hard rain storm and the trunk leaked again, on the left side. As we write this review, our car is presently back at Midtown Motors to address the leakage. We would recommend this service center to others because in the past we have had no problem and been satisfied. We are hoping this is an isolated incident. More

Service on my Ford F-1 Everyone was very friendly.and accommodating. Aaron reviewed the recommendations of the needed repairs and explained them thoroughly. The truck was kept overnight and I was given a car to use until the truck was repaired. I was so pleased to have that service. The loaner vehicles are a great service especially for those who live alone or just need transportation while their vehicle is being serviced. Great experience My 2016 Ford F-150 was making a loud noise while pulling our trailer. When we took the truck in for an oil change we told them about the sound.
