Great initial experience! My husband and I were in a bit of a pinch when the old "beater" truck that we purchased to save money ended up being a money pit instead. We heard about the Push/Drag/Pull Sale at Midtown Motors and thought we would give them a try. We test drove a few vehicles with the help of our salesperson, Glen. Glen was attentive to our needs, our financial restrictions, and was very patient and kind. We have had bad experiences in the past with dealerships trying to take advantage of our youth, but we did not have that problem with Midtown Motors at all. We were treated with respect and decency. We ended up purchasing a 2014 Ford Escape that we love. A week after we purchased the vehicle, we had an issue with a door handle. When we contacted Midtown Motors regarding this, it was handled - no questions asked. A representative even drove out to to swap out vehicles with us so that we didn't have to drive the 40+ miles to do it ourselves. It was 4th of July weekend - we had many plans and family was in town, so we REALLY appreciated the offer. We are very happy with our experience and we love our vehicle so far. When a dealership treats people right, they gain lifelong customers. We will definitely be purchasing more vehicles from Midtown Motors in the future. More
