My brakes were examined to ease my concerns I can not say enough for the generous care afforded me in the service department got me in and examined the brakes on my Ford Escape, as there is a no I can not say enough for the generous care afforded me in the service department got me in and examined the brakes on my Ford Escape, as there is a noise that comes from the front driver side, when the brakes are applied. Their careful examination indicated that my brakes were in great shape. At least now my mind is at ease in this regard. More

A nice experience... I was greeted warmly. We went over what I wanted done to my car. The lounge area is clean, offering water and coffee. We had the shuttle service dr I was greeted warmly. We went over what I wanted done to my car. The lounge area is clean, offering water and coffee. We had the shuttle service drop us off at Applebee's for lunch and when we were done it picked us up. The driver was very friendly too ! When the work was finished on my car, we went over what had been done and the state that my car is in (which was good by the way). I was offered a car wash, which I declined because it was supposed to rain. Which it didn't !! I would rate my experience as excellent! More
