An awesome car buying experience, as always! I am so in love with my 2017 Ford C Max Hybrid Titanium Edition!! It is A nicer car than I could have ever dreamed of being able to own, and Jeremy Bi I am so in love with my 2017 Ford C Max Hybrid Titanium Edition!! It is A nicer car than I could have ever dreamed of being able to own, and Jeremy Bickling deserves all of the credit for making it work for us! We had purchased our first two Focuses from him and were incredibly happy with the service we received but this time he spent days juggling numbers trying to get the most ideal situation for us and boy did he fulfill his promise! Instead of the crazy 18% interest I was paying on my 2012 Focus (and getting nowhere) he cut my interest rate down to a third of that on my C Max, allowing us to be able to afford something much nicer without breaking the bank. He then helped us upgrade my husbands Focus to a 2015 Titanium edition for essentially the same amount we were paying for his 2013 Focus. The dedication Jeremy showed to get us in such wonderful vehicles at such great rates is above and beyond expectation! He is an incredible asset to your company and we look forward to working with him again in the future! More

"Above and Beyond your normal customer service" When my car broke down on the highway I called Midtown Motors and Skip Jacobson and a mechanic came with a battery power pack and got me running enou When my car broke down on the highway I called Midtown Motors and Skip Jacobson and a mechanic came with a battery power pack and got me running enough to get me to the Midtown Motors lot. With out an appointment the service crew got my car in the very next morning, they called by 9 am telling me they determined it was my alternator along with the fact they pointed out that my inspection was also due. My car was completed and I was able to pick it up by noon the very same day with a detailed report as to what they had found. This is why I say "Above and Beyond your normal customer service" More
