First time Ford buyer is pleased with Midtown Motors!! I have never bought a Ford before and contacted Midtown Motors through the internet. My request for information was answered by Jenny Olsen. I preferred to do this through emails and Jenny was happy to oblige. Jenny was very good at answering my questions and those she could not answer immediately were answered in a very timely manner. It took a month to get me to the dealership because of the holidays but Jenny was understanding and not pushy. Once there, Jenny turned me over to Scott Fisher. I am a hard sell and I knew what I wanted and knew what I wanted to pay. Scott was very candid and we got along just fine. After some good natured haggling back and forth Scott offered me the deal I wanted. It was a fun experience and I am glad I drove the hour and a half to get to Midtown. I must say that Scott was quite knowledgeable and very good at explaining the workings of my new F-150. Would I recommend this dealership? You betcha!! More

2017 AWD Escape Lease Have my SHO in for Repair and stopped by to see Mike Short the person who sold me the SHO. Mike and I went over a few things about leasing, Low and behold Mike made a lease sale on a lighting blue 2017 AWD Ford Escape, Christmas Gift for Wife. Now we feel safer with the AWD and She now has heat in the Escape, Mustang was finicky on that. Payment for Lease, and 3 year Premier maintenance package after talking to Kurtis Walter. I will need a few cards from Mike as A few friends are asking where we got it and would be nice to give them out. Never have we Financed 2 new cars in a 6 month span. Mike, Kurtis and Dealership are wonderful to deal with. We would never purchase any thing from Erie Dealers, Well worth the trip to Warren Pa Midtown motors makes you feel comfortable while shopping.
