First time Ford buyer is pleased with Midtown Motors!! I have never bought a Ford before and contacted Midtown Motors through the internet. My request for information was answered by Jenny Olsen. I preferred to do this through emails and Jenny was happy to oblige. Jenny was very good at answering my questions and those she could not answer immediately were answered in a very timely manner. It took a month to get me to the dealership because of the holidays but Jenny was understanding and not pushy. Once there, Jenny turned me over to Scott Fisher. I am a hard sell and I knew what I wanted and knew what I wanted to pay. Scott was very candid and we got along just fine. After some good natured haggling back and forth Scott offered me the deal I wanted. It was a fun experience and I am glad I drove the hour and a half to get to Midtown. I must say that Scott was quite knowledgeable and very good at explaining the workings of my new F-150. Would I recommend this dealership? You betcha!! More
