Hi Denny and Sue, sorry to hear you are frustrated. We go to great lengths to verify concerns, I personally drove it myself about 60 miles and felt no type of shudder. We test the system for any diagnostic trouble codes and there were none. If it continues we would be more than happy to retest but we will have no path to follow without codes or verifying your concern. As for flushing the transmission fluid, this is considered maintenance and would not be covered under warranty.

Called on Monday 12/5/2016 A.M. and talked with Julie. The Edge has acted up 9 times since we were there on 11/19/2016. Couldnt get an appointment until Monday 12/12/2016 because you didnt have a lease until then and the 2 transmission people were going to be out on a couple of those days. I have an appointment to drop it off at 3:00 that day. As for you driving it we told you in the time frame it was there the first time it only did it 4 times in a three week period. No fault codes came up this time so im not sure what good you driving it was going to do in the first place. As for flushing it being considered maintenance I dont understand why that isnt covered under the 60,000 drivetrain warranty when just because you have no fault codes to go by when a coustomer is telling you there IS and issue and you have heard of it happening before.

Thank you for your feedback. When you called in and told me that your battery kept going dead, I was concerned with getting you a loaner for you and your children to get back home safely. Unfortunately it was after hours and our service department was closed, so I looked up your vehicle and saw that you had an extended warranty and thought it may cover the battery.
