Issues with a vehicle I recently purchased Julie, and Randy in service are excellent!!!! Thank you Randy for being so helpful. Everytime I call service Julie is very polite and always very helpful. Rich Meyers did not sell me my car but went above and beyond to help me, when my salesman was suppose to have paperwork done and didn't. Dave Johnson was wonderful listening to me voice my concerns and came up with a solution. As far as I am concerned the four I mentioned are excellent at their job and go above and beyond on customer service!!!! More

I needed a car that suited my needs asap to be able travel to, and from, work. Even though I didn't get the Ford Edge I wanted; I still got a Ford Escape with everything I asked for, and more!!! Still getting use to some of the features since I'm not use to having a new car, but it literally took about two hours to get in and out of the dealership!
