Maintenance Required I had several problems that needed attention, front breaks were hanging up from time to time and I wanted to do a preemptive strike on my fuel filter I had several problems that needed attention, front breaks were hanging up from time to time and I wanted to do a preemptive strike on my fuel filter and shocks. I dropped the truck off at night and filled out there form as well as had a typed up letter in the envelope. I called at lunch time and there open and inspect of the breaks was not complete yet. I received a call and was told what the truck required for the break problem, I was also told of my options for shocks as far as cost/quality and guarantees go. The quote he gave me over the phone was essentially what I paid give or take a few bucks. The truck was also ready for pick up that afternoon. There is nothing here not to like, honest reports on what is wrong, ball park estimates on what it will cost in parts/labor (always very close) and a vehicle you can actually pick up when promised. Nice, modern small shop with good mechanics and service reps, I have never taken anything back for re-work. More

I had thought I purchased a service agreement that covered the service I received, but I must have misunderstood when speaking with the financial office at purchase. I don't see the service receptionist's picture and don't remember her name, but she was very polite, and personable; she made me feel very at ease. More

Midtown is the best! The Service Department employees always greet me with a smile and a friendly manner. They try to accommodate my schedule as much as possible; tell me if there is any maintenance service that is due or any repair that needs to be made and why; gives the car a courtesy wash unless I tell them not to do so, and explains what has been done to the vehicle and what the cost is for that day's service work. I am always treated with respect, even more than that -- as a guest in their home --and I believe I am on good terms with everyone there. They put me at ease and never talk down to me. I will continue to buy vehicles from Midtown if for no other reason than the Service Dept. is excellent. More
