I have very limited knowledge about mechanics but I didn't feel pressured to complete the service; Aaron did answer my questions freely. I had thought I purchased a service agreement that covered the service I received, but I must have misunderstood when speaking with the financial office at purchase. I don't see the service receptionist's picture and don't remember her name, but she was very polite, and personable; she made me feel very at ease. More

Midtown is the best! The Service Department employees always greet me with a smile and a friendly manner. They try to accommodate my schedule as much as possible; tell me if there is any maintenance service that is due or any repair that needs to be made and why; gives the car a courtesy wash unless I tell them not to do so, and explains what has been done to the vehicle and what the cost is for that day's service work. I am always treated with respect, even more than that -- as a guest in their home --and I believe I am on good terms with everyone there. They put me at ease and never talk down to me. I will continue to buy vehicles from Midtown if for no other reason than the Service Dept. is excellent. More

Superior Sales and Service Experience We have purchased many cars from many different dealers over the years. For quite a number of years now, I have felt that the days of the dealer going the extra mile to earn our business was a thing of the past. I was wrong! Mike Short listened to our needs, met our budget requirements, offered a fair trade value for our old car, and with the help of the Service Dept., fixed a few minor issues with the car and made our buying experience pleasant. On top of that, our new car was delivered to us washed, buffed, and with a FULL TANK OF GAS!! Of the 15 vehicles that I have purchased in the last 20 years, not a one of them had a full tank of gas until this one. Mike Curren was equally outgoing, personable, and helpful with the financing portion of our purchase. The Service Dept. needed to order a part that they did not have on hand for our car. A loaner car was issued to us for the overnight and the very next day our car was repaired, then DELIVERED BACK TO OUR HOME THAT IS 45 MILES FROM THE DEALERSHIP. Impressive to say the least! More
