Mike Short listened to our needs, met our budget requirements, offered a fair trade value for our old car, and with the help of the Service Dept., fixed a few minor issues with the car and made our buying experience pleasant. On top of that, our new car was delivered to us washed, buffed, and with a FULL TANK OF GAS!! Of the 15 vehicles that I have purchased in the last 20 years, not a one of them had a full tank of gas until this one. Mike Curren was equally outgoing, personable, and helpful with the financing portion of our purchase. The Service Dept. needed to order a part that they did not have on hand for our car. A loaner car was issued to us for the overnight and the very next day our car was repaired, then DELIVERED BACK TO OUR HOME THAT IS 45 MILES FROM THE DEALERSHIP. Impressive to say the least! More

I was acting as an intermediary for my son (who just moved to Wyoming) in the negotiations for the used Tacoma. Midwest was not willing to negotiate on the sale price, but other than that, were a pleasure to work with. Mike and the Sales Manager, Kevin Cobb, were both extremely responsive and knowledgeable. They helped me get through some document/delivery snafus with the Wyoming credit union that my son was using to finance the vehicle. The vehicle was clean/etc when I came to pick it up and my neighborhood mechanic in Akron, Ohio just verified that Midwest Motors had satisfactorily completed ALL of their Used Vehicles Checklist items. Good, friendly, trustworthy people in Warren, PA. I would highly recommend doing business with them.....so much so, that I gave Mike Short a hug before heading West. More
