efficient, friendly, easy going I stopped into the Midtown dealership on a Tuesday afternoon to scan the lot. Mike approached me and offered to help. I agreed to stop by the next a I stopped into the Midtown dealership on a Tuesday afternoon to scan the lot. Mike approached me and offered to help. I agreed to stop by the next afternoon. I told him I was browsing and gave him some parameters for what I was looking for and how much I could afford. Mike told me he would put a list together and I agreed to stop by the next afternoon. The next day Mike had a few suvs selected that would work for me. The first 1 was exactly what I needed and also had a few perks that made it an obvious choice. So far everything was going smooth, now for the part I dread the finance part. For the first time ever I wasn't pressured into affording something that wasn't in mu budget. Mike worked the numbers and got me under my asking monthly price by $.49. So when it came time to put the down payment down we couldn't find the check book. Mike said it was no sweat and we could bring it by later today. It was a great gesture on his part to trust me, he didn't have to do that. Then after everything was done, all the papers signed, he got on the phone with Sirius radio and gave them heck until I got a free trial subscription.
