Getting some concerns looked at. Wasn't sure if my brake control was working properly. (As I'm used to after market, not factory installed ones). 2016 Escape purchase I had looked at three different suv's, Escape, Subaru and Nissan and picked the Escape. We ran into a few bumps along the way but all were taken care of to my and Midtown's satisfaction, as far as I'm concerned Vic went over the top to help me out on this purchase. More

Problem with my 2014 Escape I have had my vehicle for almost 2 years and I really liked it. All of a sudden I found that I have mice in my car which I am very afraid of. I had I have had my vehicle for almost 2 years and I really liked it. All of a sudden I found that I have mice in my car which I am very afraid of. I had my husband take it to Midtown and they said they cleaned it and I still have mice in it. There has to be an explanation for this. I am 65 years old and have owned alot of vehicles and this has never happened. This is a lease vehicle and I have one more year to lease this. I have asked to put me into something different for the final year of the lease with no results. If I see a mouse in the car while I am driving I will probably have an accident which no one seems to care. I am very disappointed in Ford as a whole and I will let other people know about this and that nothing was done. If I had the money I would pay this off to get out but I do not. I cant even keep any of my personal belongings in the vehicle of fear that they will be destroyed. I am parking this vehicle where I have always parked all of my vehicles so nothing is any different. I am very very disappointed on Ford that there is nothing that can be done. I really feel sorry for the person that gets this car after my lease is done. I will never own another Ford!!!! More

Got us into the car we wanted. Excellent dealership. Provides amazing service when needed. Even took us to the airport and picked up when our car had a warranty issue.
