It is a great vehicle, but as we are getting older we were looking for a vehicle that is easier to get in and out of. We received a flyer in the mail and noticed that they had a C-Max hybrid on sale that looked like it was perfect for our needs. I was interested in the C-Max, my husband was concerned about the battery. The sales person (Mike Short) assured us that because this was a hybrid, the battery did not need to be plugged because it was charged by the engine. We took it for a test drive and were amazed at the pick-up this vehicle has. The salesman (Mike) was very informative. If he didn't know the answer to our questions right off, he researched and found the answer. He filled out the paperwork and came up with a deal that was exactly what we were looking for! We know from previous experience that purchasing a new vehicle is a lengthy process, however, Mike made the experience pleasant and even enjoyable. The finance person ( Mike Curren), was as knowledgeable about his job and was quick in informing us of all warranty options and recommendations, and then getting the proper paperwork printed to have us sign. While Mike Short was going over some of the cars details, my husband noticed that the inspection would expire in a few weeks. Being the end of the day, they asked me to bring it back the next morning. I took it in and they got it inspected. All over, it was an excellent experience! Thanks to everyone that we dealt with! Service was completed exactly on time. And I really liked them washing my car as part of the service. More

A concerned, friendly and fast group of people I purchased a low mileage used 2015 Taurus from Midtown and, after driving it for a 100 miles or so, I had a couple complaints. I returned it to the S I purchased a low mileage used 2015 Taurus from Midtown and, after driving it for a 100 miles or so, I had a couple complaints. I returned it to the Service Dept. to have the issues investigated. On my first visit a considerable amount of time was spent working on the car but the Technicians could not find any problems. I drove the car a few more days and returned to the Service Dept. again with the same complaints. After considerably more time the Technicians had solved the problem and now the Taurus rides and handles like fresh from the factory. The entire group of people in the Service Dept. spent a lot of time to address my complaints. Never once did anyone make it seem, or make me feel, that I was asking too much. They invested quite a bit of time to resolve the issues ….. and, it cost me zero dollars. Just a great group of people, from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional ! More

Warranty replacement of clutch The service and speed of the repair were excellent. Midtown did a good job at resolving the issue with my 2014 Focus SE. However, the commitment to The service and speed of the repair were excellent. Midtown did a good job at resolving the issue with my 2014 Focus SE. However, the commitment to customer satisfaction of Ford Motor Company is lacking. Waiting from March 3rd when the problem was first diagnosed until the end of April for a part is unacceptable. This IS NOT the fault of Midtown Motors as they can only perform work as fast as they can acquire parts. This vehicle has had 2 warranty service visits for the same transmission problem. Ford Motor Company needs to do a better job engineering quality vehicles that do not have to have multiple warranty services done on the same system. Again This IS NOT Midtown's fault. I actually feel bad for the service technicians and service managers that have to deal with the inferior transmissions in the 2014 Focus. I know this is probably not the right forum to complain about the quality of the car but I am very frustrated with the car. The bottom line I would like to emphasize is that midtown is doing an excellent job dealing with a bad product. More
