I went there after a Broadway Toyota bait-and-switch Prius nightmare, and after 2 other dealers (Lum's & Gladstone Toyota) ignored what I asked for and tried to sell me cars I had no interest in. At Warrenton, I walked in, asked to drive a Niro, and Lori grabbed the keys. I wanted it in a different color, so they got one for me. Cory delivered it to my home the next day and showed me how to use all the buttons and screens. Male car dealers and salesmen, take note: When a woman goes into a grocery store for a can of mushroom soup, she does not want to waste her time looking at a box of mushroom stroganoff. Warrenton seems to be one of the few dealers that gets this. They didn't hassle or push me; they served me the soup (yes, a slightly better soup than I came in for), and I ate it up. More

HORRIBLE experience!! My daughter was sold a LEMON!!!! I am writing a negative review about the KIA dealership in Warrenton Oregon. My daughter bought her first car with this dealership. She bought the c I am writing a negative review about the KIA dealership in Warrenton Oregon. My daughter bought her first car with this dealership. She bought the car 7/3/2016. The car is a 2014 KIA Forte LX. Is was advertised as a "Certified" pre-owned vehicle, with 46,568 miles. It has some of the extended warranty left. This vehicle has been nothing but problems!! It has been in the dealership shop 5 times since 7/2016. It had a problem with it all of a sudden not starting. That problem began shortly after she purchased the car. It was in the shop twice for that problem, and while they were fixing the "not starting problem" it was brought to their attention that when they changed the oil (when getting the car ready to sell) they put too much oil back into the car and the car was making noises. Then a bolt for the brake caliber just fell off!! And back into the shop it went. Now, it has been back to the dealership 2 different times to fix the trunk that has been leaking!! After the 3rd time of the car being in the shop, we asked Warrenton KIA to take the car back....we begged! But of course not; they got rid of a lemon, why should they take it back....This has been a HORRIBLE situation and I want to stop them for doing this to anyone else!! My daughter works hard for her money, and now the car sits in our driveway because she hates it. If I could rate this business any lower than just "negative" I would. More
The quality of KIA is very good but this dealership tends to promise things they can't do. The sales person will say you have nothing to worry about concerning financing when he should say nothing until a d to promise things they can't do. They tend to get a persons hopes up for a new vehicle and then don't communicate with you until you get a letter of denial. More
