If I could give negative points I would. John Kraemer is the WORST salesman i have ever had to work with. He was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and said i was disrespectful for not knowing what kind of car i w the WORST salesman i have ever had to work with. He was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and said i was disrespectful for not knowing what kind of car i wanted and asking him to help me compare some models and prices, said i wasted his time and that he didn't get paid to compare prices for me and to come back when i was ready to buy a car from him. He said he would not waste his time by going over things with me over the phone and i could come in if i wanted to buy a car.(mind you we are in a global pandemic and some dealerships will ship a car to you without ever stepping foot in the office) He talked badly about his fellow workers, Brandon and Kevin and was extremely unprofessional and impudent. If you absolutely must shop here, make sure you don't have to go through a miserable shopping experience with John or his manager. :/ More
BEFORE & AFTER Statements by salesman. BEFORE buying the car: 1. ‘Pulse’ brake installed on car. No extra charge. 2. All used cars come with new tires. This is the reason why an extra $500.00 was deducted from our trade in. We were told again all used cars get new tires when we were looking at the tires on the car we wanted to buy. 3. Previous owners are sending a second key fob. Only one was at the dealership at the time of the sale. 4. A paint pen will be provided at no charge to cover 2 nickel size paint chips on the car. AFTER purchase and our signatures on sale. 1. ‘Pulse’ brake is a mandatory addition to car. The cost was an extra $399.00 – not included in original price. Salesman said we misunderstood 2. No new tires were on the car we purchased. Salesman said we misunderstood. We were told they were not needed because the car we bought only had 23,000 miles – yet we were charged $500 for the car we traded in even though it only had 27,000 miles and snow tires were used for half of the time the car was driven. 3. No extra key fob was ever received. Salesman said there was nothing he could do about it now. My cost to buy a new fob is $256. 4. Paint pen never provided. Salesman told us 4 different times it was on the way. The 'AS IS' document says there is no warranty regardless of any oral statements made. Believe it! A salesman can say anything to get you to buy. Can't get a spare key from them I have bought two Kias, the first from another dealer in 2007, the second a couple months ago from Wasatch Front Kia. horrible experience! Service department was horrible to work with. Had a leak in tire and was given a run around including waiting over 2 hours for them to fix it. Next da Service department was horrible to work with. Had a leak in tire and was given a run around including waiting over 2 hours for them to fix it. Next day it was leaking again! Then told it would cost an additional $150 to fix. Went to Lynn Wood Tires in Layton and they fixed it in 20 minutes FOR FREE! Tried to call Manager for several days to complain but was never able to talk to him. given many excuses. finally talked with service manager and was called a liar by him when discussing my experience. Terrible customer service, out right deception by service department. Stay Away!! More

STAY AWAY!!! Stay away from this place!! They do not care about you at all It has been the worst experience we have ever had buying a car, and we have bought from Stay away from this place!! We leased 2 cars from here. They raised the price every time we told them that we could't pay that, and then proceeded to sign paperwork even though we said we needed time to think about it. We asked if there was anything that they could do to lower it, so the gave us a year old car which was fine with us. They gave us our price, and then AFTER we signed a contract, they brought up a different contract that we had to pay for because we had already signed the other one and the new contract brought our price back up to what they originally said! We then asked them about the service that they do on the car. It was a one time fee for us to bring our car in 4 times a year to get it serviced. We told them that we didn't want it because we were moving in a few months and they told us that we should still buy it because it worked at any KIA location. Well what do you know, when we moved and went to take it in, they told us it wasn't valid and we had to pay for all of our repairs! So they flat out lied to us just to get our money. Overall, they will tell you all the lies in the world (Im looking at you Javier!!) just to get our money, and then once they had us in the contract, they ran and wont give us any money back for the service plan that we cant use, and customer service just passes us around until we just hang up. STAY AWAY!!! More

As soon he understood we would not use his financing,, or pay 1,000 dollars to reinstate a dealership warranty" which KIA can do for free". he literally laughed in our face at our offer, and said he would take it to sales manager which we visually watched him not do, he came back and said" no we want full price that"s it." He was still laughing as we left sharing his joke with receptionist. I wish they had a negative star rating. I've never been treated so poorly by any business to date. More
Service department is the worst I’ve ever been to!! I have had my car at This dealership 4 times with the same issue. They will never answer the phone and when they do I need to speak to someone else wh I have had my car at This dealership 4 times with the same issue. They will never answer the phone and when they do I need to speak to someone else who is not available. I have been on hold for the right person several times for several minutes. The car has not been starting properly for a year. It has had check engine light after check engine light and it comes on right after I leave every time. I get that happens sometimes but listening and calling back would be awesome. Also last time I was charged $108 and promised they fixed it!!!!!!! Engine light came on a block away. No refund has been given. Other items have been covered under warranty but warranty does not pay my time and gas. More
