Reached out to them about a vehicle they had available specifically told the lady “zaira” we did not want to waste our time and check it out if there was no way of working out the price. We stopped by had the salesman tell us “if I issue this price do I have your business?” Only to pretend 4 times that he’s talking to his “boss” and I say pretend because I saw him standing at the counter doing nothing while he said he went to “speak to his boss” he even stepped outside once and came back and said “we can’t do this price at all it’s too low” so why would he give me a price and ask if he has our business? We spent more than about an hr trying to negotiate and they were adding fees after fees to the pricing. Before we went to them we had checked out a vehicle at young Mazda and the salesman there was actually helpful and willing to lower the pricing. Unlike Kia wasatch, the manager decided to talk to us and extend the term of the loan…which causes more interest. I don’t need to extend the term. We ended up driving to tooele for the same make model year and lower mileage that wasatch Kia had. It was a drive but TOOELE MOTOR COMPANY dropped the price & no hidden fees!! What they quoted us is exactly what was given to us. Go to TOOELE MOTOR COMPANY YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! Ask for Drayke!!!! They are willing to negotiate, are way friendly and helpful. Never again will we consider Kia wasatch. More

Bait and switch pricing. Next was the edgeguard, pulse collision protection, and ikon services, at $1697 for the three to be added to a used car. Dude, that was already covered when the car was first sold. I dont want to enroll in those. Non negotiable. Then the salesman got all upset that we were lowballing him when we wouldnt pay those mark ups. Like- I was willing to pay the 400 doc fee, the utah property tax fee 125(even though utah doesnt charge it), but for you to be upset and claim that you'll just sell it to carmax for 2k more than the price you were offering us, lol. I mean, the car has been for sale for 5 months, good luck with that. Take your business elsewhere. More

I'm writing this review, so someone else doesn't have the same problem we had. My daughter bought a 2023 Kia Sportage a year ago. She was told her front brakes were totally gone and her front rotors where gone too. Then they said its not under warranty and it would cost $1500 to replace both. I was fuming mad how can a brand new car have to have this much work done on it. The answer is that they put crappy cheap parts on it when she bought the brand new car. I will never purchase a Kia ever again. It was the first Kia and certainly the last. Kia and the dealership should've replaced this for free. We ended up paying around $525.00 we shouldn't of paid anything. Buyer Beware Don't by a Kia. Especially from Wasatch Front Kia. They have lost a customer forever. More

The salesman assigned to us at Wasatch Front Kia, Cole, was everything you expect from a sleazy car lot guy. He was pushy, didn't listen to what we were saying, and was condescending to my spouse, all whil was everything you expect from a sleazy car lot guy. And even when it came to pricing, he was very non-committal about anything. He wouldn't give me a solid number, despite my asking repeatedly, and he kept at it, even after repeatedly telling me that his sales manager was "ready to deal and move these cars off the lot." (roll eyes) He even tried the old car-lot ploy: "What do I need to do to earn your business and take this car home today?" (facepalm) Well gee, Cole, I dunnno. Maybe tell me what your best offer is the first three times I ask? Maybe stop being a clueless jerk who clearly only cares about his commission? Maybe listen to people and at least pretend that you care? We took our business elsewhere, but it says something pretty bad about Wasatch Front Kia and how they train their people. We won't be back. Bought a car thru this dealership. We were financed, and had signed all paperwork. When we were turning in our “trade in”, finance guy instantly says oh we put in the wrong mileage f We were financed, and had signed all paperwork. We told finance guy we had discussed mileage with 2 associates and had said it was 117k. We never told them it only had 17k miles on it. He responded with well our guy messed up but you gotta understand where I’m coming from. We refused to pay more so they canceled the contract saying we were unable to get financing, total crap with our 840 credit score. The dealership employees never even apologized. We wasted three hours there and had our credit pulled for nothing. I would steer clear of this dealership! More

Blake Stevens truly helped us get into a newer 2018 sportage, after mine broke down outside of Yremerton, Utah. We are from Oregon and stranded. Wasatchftont kua is going to try to repair the 2015,. Went in to get a key fob programmed to my car and they said it would take an hour. Really shouldn’t take 10 min. After 10 min I was told they could not prohibit but noticed a recall for box sensor that th said it would take an hour. Really shouldn’t take 10 min. Didn’t ask me first. 30 min later they said that they were having issue programming the new sensor hand have to do it manually. 30 min later still no word except that they still had to charge me $60 bucks for the 10 min attempt to reprogram my key fob. All this not cool. Thought they would comp me the attempt on my key fob for the 1.5 hour job they decided to do on my box sensor. Hope that don’t come back to bite me when o drive off. Go somewhere that has quality tech’s. Should have went down to a real dealer. More

Took my 2019 Forte in for oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection. The car has approximately 12,000 miles. They had the car in and out in less than 30 minutes. As I drove off, turned westbound multipoint inspection. The car has approximately 12,000 miles. They had the car in and out in less than 30 minutes. As I drove off, turned westbound on Riverdale Rd the left front was making a bad noise and shimmy. I pulled it over at the first opening and got out to see what was up. The front wheel was missing a lug and it was apparent the four others were loose too. I called the shop and they sent a mechanic over and he replaced the missing lug and tightened the other four. I asked him to please check the other three, the right rear was loose too. The left side was good. I drove the car back to the service department and asked them to pull all four wheels off and inspect closely, which they did, in front of me. They reinstalled the four wheels and were very apologetic. The Service Manager on duty watched everything and when finished I asked to talk to him privately. He immediately comped my $75 dollar service, but that was it. I told him in a polite manner what the consequences could have been if I had taken the car to the speed limit upon exiting the dealership; one or two wheel come off causing extensive damage to the brakes rotors, body, not to mention what could have happened to me or the potential driver in oncoming traffic, in other words this could have been catastrophic and possibly deadly. Did I mention I was comped $75. Thanks KIA. By pulling over immediately I most likely saved you thousands of dollars if not more had the worst happened. Like I said, everyone was apologetic and listened to me, but it wasn't enough. Word to the wise, when you have any type of inspection or tires removed please give it another look before driving off. One star in this instance is generous as well. More
