Don Paris is a great service advisor to work with. He explains everything and doesn't suggest anything you don't need. I was at the dealership for a state inspection but beforehand I heard what I thought was a wheel bearing noise. It wasn't on the original schedule to look at, but Don had the mechanic check it out while it was in the garage. He informed me it was bad and said that they would fix it the same day. This saved me a trip from coming back again to have it replaced. It's nice working with an advisor who in top notch at what he does. More
