Everyone was very nice and friendly! There was no sales pressure at all!! My salesman Bill was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I had a noise in the front of my F-150 that I could not identify. Scheduled an appointment with Washington Ford and the problem was quickly identified as a bad left front wheel bearing.
