It’s your typical dealership scam in the service department. Claim they are the best and “trustworthy” but they pull the same stunts With all customers. Wheel bearing cost was going to be $1,400. I had a regular reliable mechanic do it and inspection for half that. Tried to make me and my father replace all four tires because 1 was barely passing inspection. My dad bought into it, but I refused to get screwed by Ford yet again. More
