To start, Gunnar, the car salesman I made contact with first, was very pleasant and prompt. I had a lot of dealerships low ball me to see if I wasn’t knowledgeable on the car market and try and bait me into a really terrible deal. Watseka respected my time and we were able to come to a very good deal I believe for both me and the dealership. After the deal was made I ran into some information about the cars history that I can say was no fault of Watseka’s or mine as it evaded all the normal modes of information collection like CarFax. I brought this to the general managers attention and within 24 hours we had come to a resolution that I am very happy with that didn’t cost me anything and actually cost them some money. I am genuinely impressed by their customer service and highly recommend them to anybody. New car buyers or veteran buyers alike.
