Watsonville Ford has taken excellent care of my 2017 MKZ since I drove it home 6 years and 60,000 miles ago. Everyone has always been friendly along with being extremely capable…even when resolving rat nes since I drove it home 6 years and 60,000 miles ago. Very friendly. I live over an hour away so had to wait for backup camera to be installed as other one quit working. Didn’t have to wait very long and my truck - F350 dully - was washed for me. This truck is unable to take through a car wash. All service people, especially Aldolfo made sure that my truck was ready as quickly as possible. I live in Morgan Hill - yes, Ford Store closer - but have had problems with them. More
